Return and Exchange Policy

Guaranteed Right: Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers, applying to all products displayed on our store.

Eligibility: All products showcased on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Product Condition: Returns or exchanges are permitted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and enclosed in its original packaging.

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please take a photo of the product and send it to us, specifying your city, address, and order number. This will allow us to replace it with another product if it is damaged, defective, or does not function as agreed.

Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our website's product page.

Product Performance: We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use that are not explicitly stated on the product page of our website.

Change of Mind Fee: A deduction of 30% or a minimum value of 25 MAD will be applied if the customer decides they no longer want the product when it is free from defects or any noticeable issues.
