When will I receive my order?

It depends on the shipping company selected and the personnel responsible for delivery. We work with a network of shipping agents across major cities. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver locally within the country, specifically to the select cities listed on the delivery page. The delivery page displays all locations reachable by our shipping representatives.

If you require delivery outside the country, you can contact our store team via WhatsApp. They will assist you with product weight details and pricing from international shipping agencies that are not currently registered on our store.

What happens if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please review our Return Policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of an agreed-upon return due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs to return and re-send the product are borne by the customer. However, in accordance with our policy, the customer will not be charged for the cost of the product itself.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
